About Us

Our co-founder and lead personal trainer, Steve Babcock, has dedicated his life to the education and promotion of healthy living, exercise, and strength development for all. As an athlete he has competed in the sports of men's gymnastics, martial arts, and track and field, and currently competes in powerlifting, and strict curling. Steve hold's a Bachelor's Degree and California Teaching Credential in Physical Education from San Jose State University, as well as a Masters Degree of Education specializing in Physical Education Curriculum from Canisius College. However, his education and pursuit for self-improvement in his craft does not stop there, he also holds certifications as a Personal Trainer, Powerlifting Instructor, Fitness Coach, Health Coach, and Elite Trainer from the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). Steve is also a Kukkiwon certified first degree black belt, competitive masters one powerlifting athlete and coach with multiple drug-tested state titles under the USAPL and Powerlifting America federations, and a nationally ranked strict curling athlete in the Strict Curl Nation and 100% Raw federations. All of this personal experience and knowledge, and passion for helping others, is what truly makes Age-Less Strength different.

Our co-founder and primary support lead, Rebekah Babcock, has dedicated her life to the health and well-being of others. She literally saves lives every day as a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) nurse at El Camino Health in Mountain View. Rebekah has multiple specializations and skills that continue to help her develop and grow in her craft. In addition to her incredible accomplishments as a nurse, Rebekah has been a nationally competitive artistic dancer, dance instructor, and choreographer. Her passion for the health and safety of others, along with her incredible knowledge of the human body, and background in the artistic sport of dance, make her an incredible addition to the business, and Steve's main support in making this dream a reality.
